This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the common order dated 05.07.2024 made in WP.No.17684 of 2024, thereby the respondent was directed to disburse Rs.1,00,000/- as retirement grant within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondent preferred appeal and obtained interim order of stay of all further proceedings of the order passed by this Court in the said writ petition in WA.No.20 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

3. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed at present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
