The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner in an appropriate post with effect from the date of his initial appointment in the light of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18680 of 1994, dated 13.02.2002, with all consequential and attendant benefits. 2.It is represented that the petitioner after filing of this writ petition has filed another writ petition in W.P.No.20605 of 2012, wherein, this Court vide order dated 03.08.2012, has directed the respondents therein to regularize the service of the petitioner in the Sembakkam Town Panchayat, Kancheepuram District. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.08.2012, the Sembakkam Municipal Commissioner vide proceedings dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.05.2017 made in Na.Ka.no.92/2016 A1, regularized the services of the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
