7.Pugalendhi Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to survey the property comprised in T.S.Nos.1931 and 1933, under B and C schedule of the property in the portion named as L,M,N,O and P situated at Valliyammal Layout, Pollachi Town, Coimbatore District, and to fix the metes and bounds along with adequate police protection under the supervision of the 3rd respondent, in pursuant to the order and Decreetal order dt.28.04/2025 passed in the I.A.No.1/2023 in O.S.No.46/2000 on the file of the Learned I Additional Subordinate Judge at Coimbatore. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to survey the property comprised in T.S.Nos.1931 and 1933, under B and C schedule of the property in the portion named as L,M,N,O and P situated at Valliyammal Layout, Pollachi Town, Coimbatore District, and to fix the metes and bounds 2/6
along with adequate police protection under the supervision of the 3rd respondent, in pursuant to the order and Decreetal order dt.28.04/2025 passed in the I.A.No.1/2023 in O.S.No.46/2000 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court at Coimbatore.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. According to the petitioner, in a partition suit in O.S.No.46/2000, final decree has been passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.46 of 2000 and subject property has been allotted. However, when the petitioner is trying to fence the property, the seventh respondent is trying to obstruct it. Hence, the petitioner seeks police protection.
4. According to the petitioner, the plaintiff's husband had already filed a petition in W.P.Crl.No.686 of 2025 before this Court seeking police protection to fence the property. This Court, vide order dated 28.08.2025 allowed the said writ petition.

This Court, while allowing the said writ petition in W.P.Crl.No.686 of 2025, vide order dated 28.08.2025, granted police protection to the plaintiff's husband in respect of the property allotted in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.46 of 2000. The petitioner is also one of the sharers and a share has also been allotted to the petitioner in the said suit. In view of the same, the respondent-Police concerned is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence the petitioner's portion of the property.
