ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 4 to 7 to take further steps or pass an order based on the petitions, dated 07.10.2024 and 30.10.2024, directing the respondents 4 to 7 to give necessary protection to the lives and property of the petitioner and his family members.

2. Based on the complaint given by the father of the petitioner, the respondents/Police had already registered a case against the accused and charge-sheet has also been filed before the Court concerned, pending investigation.

3. The averments made in the present petition, are all matters of trial. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to extend co-operation to the respondents/Police for investigation.
