ORDER

The Revision challenges the order dated 19.10.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Attur, Salem District, in Cr.M.P.No.1238 of 2023 in M.C.No.1 of 2021, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.11,000/- as maintenance to all the three respondents.

2. Pending revision, the parties have entered into a compromise, by which the 1st and the 3rd respondent have agreed to receive a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month as maintenance.

3. The 1st respondent appeared through video conferencing and identified by her counsel. She would state that she has received a sum of Rs.4,40,500/- towards arrears of maintenance. The 2nd respondent has now attained majority.

4. The joint compromise memo dated 16.02.2026 is taken on record. 5.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 16.02.2026, by which the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) per month as maintenance to the 1st and 3rd respondents. However, it is made clear that, if the respondents make out a case for modification of the amount at any later stage, they are at liberty to do so by filing an appropriate petition before the trial Court. 18-02-2026 Mac Page No.2/4
