The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 03.06.2024 made in W.P.No.11806 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 13.03.2025 issued in Na.Ka.A2/897/2025, wherein it has been stated that a suit in O.S.No.183 of 2019 is pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Tirupattur. He has further stated that as the objection has been received from one Suresh, sub-division cannot be granted.
3. Admittedly, a suit is pending between the parties and merely on the basis of some representation given to consider issuance of subdivision patta in the name of the petitioner de hors the pendency of suit, the petitioner, as a matter of right, cannot complain that there is a violation of the order of this Court. Finding that no contempt is made out in this case, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
