This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings in GSTIN33ASDPR4593E1ZN/2018-2019 dated 23.01.2024 passed by the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 03.04.2024. The learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect in the writ papers.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made to that effect, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
