The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant dated 04.03.2025 and subsequent extension of the order in E.A.No.33 of 2024 on the file of District Consumer Redressal Commission, Thiruvallur issued against the respondents 2 and 3 and arrest them and produce them before the Hon'ble District Consumer Redressal Commission, Thiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that she had instituted a case against the respondents 2 and 3 before the District Consumer Redressal Commission, Thiruvallur in E.A.No.33 of 2024. Due to non-appearance of the respondents 2 and 3, even after receiving summons, District Consumer Redressal Commission, Thiruvallur, issued a warrant against them. However, despite the issuance of the warrant against the respondents on 2/5

04.03.2025, till date, neither has the respondents surrendered nor have the respondent Police secured them. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the warrant issued against the respondents will be executed within a period of one month and produce them before the District Consumer Redressal Commission, Thiruvallur,

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The first respondent Police shall ensure that the orders of the Court are duly complied within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
