This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the matter was pending before the Tribunal, the 3rd petitioner herein was a minor. However, since he had attained majority now, he was not shown as minor in the above appeal. Hence, he requests this Court to accept the cause title.

3. By recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the above appeal in the regular course.
