The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that the charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.151 of 2023 by the Respondent showing the Petitioner herein as an absconding Accused.

2. The Petitioner may take necessary recourse to Rules 22 and 24 of Criminal Rules of Practice and Form No.74 of Criminal Rules of Practice. In this case, an application seeking anticipatory bail will not lie.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
