ORDER

The order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court in E.P.No.113 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.37 of 2023 has been complied with and a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- has been handed over to the learned counsel for the decree holder by the counsel, who had appeared for M/s.Thangam Cinemas. Since the order dated 11.12.2024 is complied with, M/s.Thangam Cinemas is permitted to release the movie 'R{J ft;t[k; 2 ehLk; ehl;L kf;fSk;'.

2. Learned counsel for the judgment debtor, on instructions, submitted that the balance outstanding amount due to the decree holder shall 2/5

be paid by the judgment debtor within a period of six (6) months from today. The said undertaking given by the judgment debtor is recorded. However, it is made clear that without paying the balance outstanding amount due to the decree holder, the judgment debtor shall not release the movie 'Titanic Kadhalum Kavundhu Pogum'.

3. Both the decree holder and the judgment debtor are permitted to negotiate among themselves for early settlement of the dispute. In terms of the above, this execution petition is closed. 12.12.2024 gm 3/5
