ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.193 of 2024 dated 03.08.2024 on the file of the Vettavalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the FIR has been registered on 03.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file charge sheet as early as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Originial Petition is disposed of.
