Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Sathiyamoorthi, the second respondent/Police conducted a preliminary enquiry and registered a case on 11.12.2024 in Crime No.129 of 2024 against the petitioners herein. He further submitted that the investigation is under progress and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioners.
