ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the letter of the respondent in TNTEU/R/CPA/2024/01769 dated 20.11.2024 and to direct the respondent to grant continuous affiliation to the petitioner institution for conducting B.Ed. Course from the academic year 2024-2025 to 20262027.
2. The petitioner college is granted recognition on 29.05.2015 and is affiliated to the respondent University. By proceedings No.TNTEU/R/Cont.Affln./2021 dated 02.12.2021, continuous affiliation was granted to the petitioner institution for three academic years from 2021-2022 to 2023-2024. On 26.10.2023, the petitioner institution had applied for grant of continuous affiliation for the next three academic years along with required documents. Even though the petitioner institution furnished copies of the documents required by the respondent, the respondent, by a communication dated 20.11.2024, in TNTEU/R/CPA/2024/01769, informed that the Inspection Committee has not recommended for grant of affiliation to the petitioner. over the said order, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that, as per the impugned communication dated 20.11.2024, the affiliation to the petitioner cannot be granted because of certain anomalies.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
5. Perused the impugned order dated 20.11.2024. There is no ambiguity in the order dated 20.11.2024. Hence, the impugned order does not warrant interference. It is further directed that the petitioner shall approach the respondent for affiliation of his college and if all the specifications are meted out, the same may be considered by the respondent and affiliation may be granted. The said exercise shall be conducted by the respondent within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
6. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the respondent to open the respondent's portal.

7. It is to be noted that after grant of affiliation only, the petitioner is eligible for making a request for opening of the respondent's portal.
8. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 13.12.2024 Index :
