These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to modify the condition (5) imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.29716, 29671 & 29714 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.29716, 29671 & 29714 of 2024 vide orders dated 02.12.2024 with a condition to execute a bond with one blood surety. He further submitted that since the petitioner has no blood relatives, he was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court and thereby, despite the bail having been granted to the petitioner on 02.12.2024, he is suffering incarceration. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify condition 5 in the orders dated 02.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.29716, 29671 & 29714 of 2024 as, "5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti." It is made clear that all other conditions remain unaltered.

4. These Criminal Original Petitions stand ordered and accordingly, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh copy of the orders by 11.12.2024.
