These petitions are filed to condone the delays of 31, 46 and 53 days in filing the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.R.Krishnaswamy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delays in filing the respective writ appeals are condoned and accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
