ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in para No.6 of the order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22173 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.19019 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22173 of 2025 ssi inclined to modify one of the condition in para No.6 of the order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22173 of 2025 that "to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, in which one surety must be a blood surety" alone is hereby modified and that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each" instead of blood surety as ordered by this Court and as far as other condition is concerned "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.619 of 2025" this Court is not inclined to modify the same and the same shall stands intact. The petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the order copy made ready.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed.
