O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 27.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.21882 of 2014.
2. By the said order, this court had directed the first respondent to dispose of the representation forwarded by the Respondent No.2, dated 10.03.2011, in connection with the orders issued in G.O. (Ms) No.70, Industries (MME-1) Department, dated 01.03.2011.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, that the order dated 27.11.2023 passed by this court in W.P.No.21882 of 2014 has already been complied with by the respondents and accordingly, an order was passed in Letter No.624/MME.1/
2024-3, dated 28.05.2025, and a copy of the same is also placed before this court.
4. This court, having perused the same, is convinced that the respondents have duly complied with the order passed by this court, though belatedly.
5. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that it is open for the petitioners to take appropriate action, if they are aggrieved by Letter No.624/MME.1/ 2024-3, dated 28.05.2025. No costs. 17.06.2025 skr Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order To
