O R D E R

The legal representatives of the original plaintiff in O.S. No. 991 of 1980 are the revision petitioners. The suit was filed for partition in the year 1980, and thereafter, pursuant to the preliminary decree, the petitioners filed an application in I.A. No. 713 of 2017 for passing of final decree, and by the petitioners, merely seek for expeditious disposal of the final decree application.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in the revision petition, I 2/4

am dispensing with notice to the respondents. The learned District Munsif, Palacode, is directed to conduct due enquiry and, after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned, dispose of I.A. No. 713 of 2017 in O.S. No. 991 of 1980 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
