2.C.M.P.No.28585 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent as respondents 2 to 5 and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 in place of the deceased first respondent in C.M.A.No.772 of 2020.

3.C.M.P.No.28586 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement of the deceased first respondent.
