2. Despite service of notice to the respondents 1 to 4 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Though the name of the learned counsel for the respondents 61 to 80 has been printed in the cause list, there was no representation on behalf of them.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
