This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.125833 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.S.S.Karthikeyan, the learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
