RESPONDENTS PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in Detention order in Cr.M.P.No.59/Black Marketer/2024 C1 dated 14.11.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the detenu BK Balu S/o.Kulanthaisamy aged 51 years now confined in Central Prison at Coimbatore before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
