ORDER
Heard.
2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking withdrawal of F.C.H.M.O.P. No.292 of 2025 from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transfer of the same to the Family Court, Salem.
3. The marriage between the parties solemnized on 14.03.2022. The respondent /husband instituted F.C.H.M.O.P. No.292 for the dissolution of marriage in the Family Court, Chengalpattu. The petitioner/wife is residing at Salem and has sought transfer on the ground of convenience and hardship in attending proceedings at Chengalpattu.
4. The respondent has raised no objection to the transfer.
5. Having regard to the residence of the petitioner at Salem, and considering that no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, this Court is satisfied that the transfer sought is justified.

6. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P. No.1087 of 2025 is allowed. The proceedings in F.C.H.M.O.P. No.292 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Chengalpattu are withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem. The Family Court, Chengalpattu, shall transmit the entire records to the Family Court, Salem, within three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Family Court, Salem, shall dispose of the matters, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, uninfluenced by any observations made in this order.
