When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has taken back the case bundle from him. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if he so desires. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
