This writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in C.No.3078/PCIT-3/2018-19 dated 21.01.2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents on verification that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the orders of adjudication dated 03.03.2017 and 19.04.2017 and the said appeal would be disposed of within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which was agreed to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
