Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing the respondents to issue patta in petitioner name for the properties comprised in Survey No.99/2A2 to extent of 0.21.5 Hector i.e.53 cents and Survey No.99/2C2 to an extent of 26 cents situated at Onnalavadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering petitioner application in A.No. 2019/0103/31/107117 dated 27.06.2019 and representation dated 07.10.2024.

Seeking a direction to respondents to consider his application dated 27.06.2019 and representation dated 07.10.2024 to issue a patta in his name in respect of the properties comprised in Survey No.99/2A2 to extent of 0.21.5 Hectare i.e.53 cents and Survey No.99/2C2 to an extent of 26 cents situated at Onnalavadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Spl.GP. accepting notice for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited prayer that is sought and also considering the fact that the petitioner's application dated 27.06.2019 and representation dated 18.11.2024 have not been considered to date, a mandamus is issued to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.06.2019 and representation dated 18.11.2024 for issuance of patta after issuing notice to all the interest parties and 2/4

pattadars, hearing their objections and thereafter pass orders. In case of a rejection a speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
