2. Learned counsel who appears for the respondents submit that they have no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. Hence, and also for the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 253 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
