The applicant has filed this application for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.
2. The notice sent to the respondent on 10.01.2024, has also been served on the respondent on 16.01.2024 as is evident from the Tracking Consignment Note downloaded from the Postal Department Website.
3. That apart, the applicant has also served notice on the Counsel, who appears for the respondent before the learned Arbitrator.
4. Despite the same, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.
5. Considering the fact that the proceedings before the learned Arbitrator is in advanced stage for passing Award, the time for passing the Award is extended by 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
