The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. relating to Crime No.94 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case completed and final report filed and the same was taken cognizance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi in C.C.No.1772 of 2025.
