ORDER

This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 18806 of 2024 dated 28.07.2025, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed in the writ petition was put to challenge in WA.No.2938 of 2025 and the writ appeal has been entertained and interim stay was granted on 29.10.2025 and a copy of the same was also placed before this Court.

3.In the light of the above development, this contempt petition is closed.
