O R D E R

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. AR L. Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been shifted from the New Pension Scheme to the Old Pension Scheme and that the amount deducted towards the petitioner's contribution will be adjusted against the Old Pension Scheme.

2. The aforesaid submissions are taken on record, and the Contempt Petition stands closed as having been complied with. Liberty is preserved to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition and to revise the seniority list, if need arises.
