This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27502 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is yet to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27502 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
