ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025 and further direct the respondent to not to disburse the compensation amount for the acquisition of petitioner family's land in SF.No.629/4 at Errnahalli Village, Dharmapuri District and further direct the respondent to deposit the compensation amount in OS.No.80/2020 on the file of the Learned Sub Court Palacode.

2.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the petitioner made a representation 11.09.2025, requesting the respondent not to disburse the compensation amount without hearing the petitioner's objection since the land acquired by the respondent is petitioner's undivided family property and the partition suit is also pending in O.S.No.80 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Court, Palacode. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent so far and the respondent is trying to disburse the compensation.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025 will be considered in four weeks.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 5.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, there is dispute among the parties, the respondent is directed to deposit the compensation before the Sub-Court, Palacode where the partition suit is pending. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
