This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25488 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He submitted that the investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the NDPS Court concerned in C.C.No.845 of 2024 and the next hearing is on 24.12.2024.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25488 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the NDPS Court concerned on 24.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
