2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27527 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.
