This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7(a)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.26272 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 41 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
