ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for mandamus to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2024 seeking grant of patta.
2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, which is to consider his representation for grant of patta, which has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2, a mandamus is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2024, after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner, and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
