O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, to dispose of the Execution Petition No.1 of 2025 in I.A.No.5 of 2024 in HMOP.NO.58 of 2022, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed HMOP.No.58 of 2022, seeking 1/4

dissolution of marriage. Pending the main original petition, she filed an interlocutory application, seeking interim maintenance for herself and her daughter. The said I.A was allowed by directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as interim maintenance, since the same has not been complied with, the petitioner filed the instant execution application, seeking arrest of the 1st respondent.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate that E.P.No.1 of 2025 was posted for arguments as early as 23.04.2025. Thereafter, there has been no substantial progress in the execution proceedings.

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, to dispose of E.P.No.1 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
