O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly the second respondent to take action against the 5th and 6th respondent under Section 5(8) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 for not paying the maintenance amount as per the second respondent order in Proceeding No.Se.Mu.No.A3/4452/ 2022 dated 24.11.2023 and to consider the representation dated 09.09.2024.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent passed order dated 24.11.2023 in favour of the petitioner, however, the same was not implemented. Hence this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to implement the 2/4
order dated 24.11.2023 within a reasonable time. 3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to implement the order dated 24.11.2023, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of.
