ORDER

Despite several opportunities granted to the petitioner/tenant to amicably settle the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also withdrawn the appearance, stating that there was no instruction from the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has directed to print the name of the petitioner itself= in the cause list and also directed the matter to be listed under the caption "For orders".

2. Even today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Under these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the civil revision petition for non prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. The Executing Court shall dispose of the pending E.P.No.152 of 2024 on or before 31.03.2026. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
