ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 17645 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police monthly twice, i.e., on the 1 st and 3 rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 am till filing on the final report and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 17645 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
