When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made the following endorsement and requested this Court to close the writ petition. "The petitioner is out of contact immediately after admission of the writ petition and we are unable to contact him. There is no instructions from him either. Hence, this Hon'ble Court may close the writ petition with liberty to re-open, if there arises any need".
