3. Mr.S.Sugendran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the final report would be filed.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report as early as possible.
