ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7(a)the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.OP.No27221 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis period of 39 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27221 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
