This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.4855 of 1/4

2024 dated 27.02.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to consider the petitioner's claim within a time frame.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced order dated 15.04.2025 of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation(Salem) Limited, before this Court, and submitted that the orders passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition has been complied with by the above said order dated 15.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 15.04.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
