This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to pass final orders in the pending proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1620/2022/A2 dated 03.09.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 21.03.2021. The petitioner applied for mutation of patta in her name and an enquiry was also conducted by the 3 rd respondent in this regard and it was forwarded to the 2 nd respondent for passing necessary orders. There was absolutely no progress and it is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the nd respondent to pass final orders in the pending proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1620/2022/A2 dated 03.09.2022, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
