ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 21.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4263 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the
condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
