This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail in Crl.OP.No.24459 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024. 2.Heard both sides. would further submit that the next hearing date of the case in S.C.No.4 of 2024 is on 07.01.2025.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24459 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai on 07.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
