ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order of this Court dated 14.07.2025 passed in Crl.OP.No. 18272/2025 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the Ray of light foundation A/C No.50100078904233, code No.HDFCOOO1864, No.10 Nageswara Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai.

2. The petitioner has not made out any valid grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

However, this Court grants extension of time for a further period two weeks for complying with the abovesaid condition imposed this Court.

3. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
